Job Responsibilities
- Administer and develop initiatives to increase transactional sales and market development activities.
- Align with all stakeholders on Transactional projects and solutions
- Analyze Production and revenue trends per country
- Study the demographics, culture, marketplace for each country
- Design a customized business plan per country along with the Global Manager.
- Promote campaigns based on specific demographics on social media and other online channels.
- Look up existing events for promotional purposes.
- Design policies and regulations manual for each country for reference.
- Convert walk-in customers and unregistered customers to consistent transactional cash customers.
- Study local transactional teams' structure, design and restructure if needed.
- Conduct capacity planning studies for transactional teams
- Develop and design training material and programs for local transactional teams
- Conduct SWOT analysis per country.
- Study growth trends and conduct targets' analysis for transactional teams.
- Create informative campaigns for potential customers.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies
- Conduct rate comparison analysis per country.
- Collect external data through surveys, focus group and competitor analysis and through defining market segmentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IE, Business, Marketing or any other related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Office Project)
- Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Marketing background is a plus.
- Fluency of Arabic & English language skills.
- 3-5 years' experience in within the logistics and transportation sector
- Thorough understanding of global business, account management & transportation and logistics.
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for the business
