The position is created to support the Sales Department in data entry. The workload commitmment is ONCE PER WEEK.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into Excel and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating data backups
- Responding to information requests from authorized members
Qualifications
And Requirements
- Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (esp Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to time constraints.
