We are looking for an Admin Assistant to perform clerical duties in managing and distributing information. This includes answering Emails, phones, taking memos, and maintaining files scheduling, etc...


Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
  • Handle multiple projects.
  • Manage appointments.



Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

  • Reporting Skills Financial reports, records.
  • Administrative Writing Skills
  • Managing Processes
  • Organization
  • High organizational skills - M.S. Office, Google Suite, Google Calendar, etc.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic speaking & writing.
