Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
- Handle multiple projects.
- Manage appointments.

- Organization
- High organizational skills - M.S. Office, Google Suite, Google Calendar, etc.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic speaking & writing.
