You’ll be responsible of supporting Sales function through preparation & providing required Sales reports & Analysis, and ensure all master data are up to date Planning & Executing TTS activities in CRM.
A day in the life of...
- Prepare all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and Sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations.
- Record all trade promotional activities into CRM and prepare monthly report about the trade activities and open accruals.
- Prepare all data and templates required for monthly meetings, MBPC and/or for HO reporting.
- Prepare monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen by channel and the calculation of Sales force incentive payout.
- Ensure Customer data & Customer Hierarchy maintenance & cleansing / Material extension.
- Ensure that all customer BDAs are adhering to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly.
- Follow-up with sales teams and ensure that credit notes are submitted on time with supporting documents and inform Management on any delays or issues.
- Ensure that all Credit notes are processed and follow-up with sales team on dispute cases.
- Price list communication / product listing & delisting circulation / Monthly Promotion circulation.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken.

- University degree in finance or business administration.
- Advanced Computer Skills and Analytical Skills.
- Effective Communication, Time Management and Organizational Skills.
- Fluent in English.
