MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Responsible for HRMS activities
- Prepare and review job descriptions and organizational structures
- Be part of the recruitment process
- Review and work on the HR policies & procedures
- Be responsible for the onboarding process
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Handle the HR daily operations as required
- Prepare and present periodic reports and any requested reports or presentations
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of HR functions and main activities
- Knowledge of labor laws, social security laws, and income tax
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and able to work within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
