مطلوب موظف موارد بشرية للعمل لدى شركة DCP في عمان


 


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems 
  • Responsible for HRMS activities
  • Prepare and review job descriptions and organizational structures
  • Be part of the recruitment process
  • Review and work on the HR policies & procedures
  • Be responsible for the onboarding process
  • Develop training and development programs 
  • Assist in performance management processes 
  • Handle the HR daily operations as required
  • Prepare and present periodic reports and any requested reports or presentations

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant field
  • Knowledge of HR functions and main activities
  • Knowledge of labor laws, social security laws, and income tax


KEY COMPETENCIES 

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus 
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated and able to work within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
