Thunder Supply is looking for a "Sales Manager" located in Amman-Jordan, to Market and Manage the Sales of Electrical products in Oil, Gas, Energy, Construction industries. 


Job Duties:


  • Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in business unit operations.
  • Profit & Loss responsibility of business Unit.
  • Develop/initiate Sales strategy.
  • Manage and mentor sales & operations team to meet the business unit goal.
  • Identify, Develop and implement a profitable and comprehensive prospecting initiative, targeting high potential customers and build long term relationships within key accounts.
  • Developing opportunities (mapping of key players, competitors).
  • Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with manufacturer partners
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services and innovating new ways to serve businesses.
  • Identifying, qualifying and capturing new OEM opportunities.
  • Develop/initiate Marketing and Business Development Plan.


Job Requirements (Not limited to): 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field is preferable.
  • Years of experience: 7+ years, at least 2 years in Managerial or Supervisory level.
  • Proven sales experience in a related product or service & experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Fluent in spoken and writing English and Arabic
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic & ambitious.
  • Ability to develop/initiate a strategy and able to share the company vision with the team.
