Job Description

We are looking for an office manager with excellent organizational skill and a personable disposition to keep them thriving. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. As the “face” of our company culture, he/she will have excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and enthusiasm for a pleasant work environment.


Objectives of this Role

· Oversee the guest experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office, and maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character

·  Responsible for data/file management processes related to the new hires and termination process across all related databases for all personnel

· Coordinate internal and external resources and cultivate relationships with vendors


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

·  Maintain office efficiency by maintaining the appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment

· Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting

· Provide direct administrative supports, as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings.

Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews

· Responsible for data/file management processes related to new hires and termination process across all related databases for all personnel

· Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfil office supply needs.


Skills and Qualifications

·      2+ years of office management experience

·      1+ year in HR

·      Strong time-management, flexibility, and multitasking ability

·      Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms

·      Proficiency Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems

·      Understanding Labor Law

 

Preferred Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·      Engaging personality and optimistic outlook

·      Ability to handle confidential information
