MEMITS is a Health Care IT company located in Dubai want to open a support office in Irbid for that we are looking for a strong Computer Support Specialist, The Computer Support Specialist provides computer app support , IT services and security support for healthcare clinics and their computer and network infrastructure.
he/she should have a very good communication skills using English language when supporting non Arab customers.
Job Qualifications
Graduation from a recognized (approved) College with a two-year or three-year program in Information Technology/Computer Support or a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree is required.
Good knowledge about CompTIA's A+ Certification OR MCSE Certification Minimum of two years of experience within the last work working in Information Technology is required.
Current working knowledge of TCP/IP Networking is required.
Experience with security protocols, secure communications and network-based service deployment and management is an asset.
Experience in the planning, deployment and support of information technology in a health care environment is an asset.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and organization skills and be able to work independently in a client focused environment.
Very good at using English language
