Responsibilities (For example, but not limited):
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
*Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
*Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
*Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
*Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills, Experience, Education
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
· 1-3 years’ experience in Sales
· Advanced computer skills on MS Office,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: the employee earns monthly salary, paid at the end of each month, based on fifteen pay yearly.
