Job Description and Requirements

Job Summary

Are you a fluent English speaker who is hoping to kickstart their career in a vibrant work environment? Revton, a fast-growing eCommerce enabler in the MENA region, is looking to hire an enthusiastic female Customer Experience Agent to join their team. The job is to do outbound calls with foreigners and go through a survey. Candidates must be Jordanians only.

Job Duties

 

  • Conduct outbound calls following the outlines of surveys.
  • Adhere to QA and coaching instructions.
  • Protect company's value by keeping all information confidential.
  • Follow all the guidelines and policies.  
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
  • Record answers and adding comments directly into a computer database.
  • Submit notes and complaints via phone.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Achieve the KPI’s

 

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field

Minimum Experience               

0-1 years of experience.

Training and Certifications       

Any related training.

Languages       

Arabic, English ( native )
